Cyrus A. Ramezani, Ph.D. (Managing Principle)

Dr. Ramezani is an associate professor of Finance at the College of Business, California Polytechnic State University. Prior to his current position, he was an assistant professor of finance and the director of the Personal Financial Planning Program at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Dr. Ramezani holds a Ph.D. in agricultural and resource economics and finance from the University of California at Berkeley. He has taught courses in finance (investment, asset valuation, derivative securities, financial planning), microeconomics and managerial economics, and quantitative methods (statistics and econometrics). He has been a visiting scholar at Cambridge University (UK) and a visiting professor at the Haas School of Business (UC Berkeley). Dr. Ramezani has published widely and given numerous lectures to public and private organizations. He has served as a consultant to investment banks, financial software companies, biotechnology companies, national trade organizations, and state and federal agencies. Dr. Ramezani has also provided expert advice and testimony to major law firms.
